  1. APHORALUX WILL NOT AND CAN NOT BY LAW RECEIVE ANY RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON ITEMS OR PACKAGES THAT ARE OPENED , USED, WASHED, OR CHEMICALLY  MANIPULATED IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM 

    - PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING FURTHER IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A REFUND FOR AN ITEM THAT DID NOT COME IN TIME FOR YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT AND YOUR ORDER WAS PROCESSING AS NORMAL FOR ALL ORDERS WHICH IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS 
    NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING AND YOUR ORDER DIDNT ARRIVE DUE TO THE CUSTOMER NOT READING OUR SHIPPING POLICY WE WILL NOT PROVIDE A CREDIT WE RECOMMEND TO SCHEDULE  YOUR APPOINTMENTS AFTER YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES. 


  2. APHORA LUX NO LONGER ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT ARE CONCERNING A LENTH EXCHNGE . THIS APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS WHO ORDERED A CERTAIN INCH BUT DECIDED TO CHANGE THEIR MIND LAST MINUTE AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED , OR IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PROCESSEED AND READY FOR SHIPMENT NO EXCHAGES CAN BE DOE NO INCHES CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR LONGER INCHES .  



  3. APHORALUX WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS / OR EXCHANGES IF ANY OF THE THINGS LISTED ABOVE HAS TAKEN PLACE NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT HAIR EXTENSIONS PRODUCTS ARE EXTREMELY HYGIENIC , AND FOR THE SAFETY OF APOHRALUX  AND OUR  SUPPORTERS  WE WILL NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES /RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCTS THAT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION ABOVE



  4. RETURN POLICY 
    APHORALUX WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE UNDER TWO WEEKS OLD DUE TO QUALITY CONTROL REASON 
    ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED UNUSED NO EXCUSES 

    IF YOU ARE RETURNING A PRODUCT IN EXCHANGE OF A REFUND, YOUR REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH EMAIL - 24 TO 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE .

    APHORALUX GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO CHOOSE FROM A STORE CREDIT REFUND , OR A TRADITIONAL CREDIT CARD REFUND . ONCE YOUR EMAIL IS SUBMITTED / REVIEWED BY OUR TEAM , YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UPDATE WITH AN EMAIL CONTAINING THE RETURN ADDRESS  

  5. ONCE THE ITEM IS SENT BACK TO THE RETURN ADDRESS , PLEASE SEND US THE TRACKING INFORMATION .
    APHORALUX RECOMMENDS THAT ALL PACKAGES BEING SENT BACK TO US HAVE INSURANCE AS APHORALUX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED AND STOLEN PACKAGES , NOR WILL THE CUSTOMER BE ISSUED A FULL REFUND





  6. EXCHANGE POLICY 
    APHORALUX UNDERSTANDS HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO OUR CUSTOMERS TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT ITEMS ON TIME , HOWEVER MISTAKES DO HAPPEN AND APHORALUX TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES WITH MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

    FOR EXCHANGES ON A PACKAGES CONTAINING INCORRECT ITES , FEEL FREE TO EMAIL US AT APHORAHAIRBOUTIQE@GMAIL.COM, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME , CONTACT NUMBER , ORDER NUMBER AND INQUIRY ALSO EVERYTHING THAT THE PACKAGE INCLUDED

  7. ONCE A RESPONSE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FEEL FREE TO SEND US BACK THE ITEM TO OUR RETURN P.O BOX ADDRESS , ALONG WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THE PACKAGE , AND ONCE THAT IS CONFIRMED , THEN YOUR EXCHANGE PACKAGE WILL GO OUT FOR DELIVERY
